Techcraft Technologies uses website data to operate the site, understand visitor interest, respond to quote requests, and manage newsletter subscriptions.

We may collect page and section views, clicked links or buttons, browser title, referrer, user agent, IP address, approximate location from proxy GeoIP headers, language, timezone, screen size, and viewport size. If you request a quote or subscribe to the newsletter, we also collect the information you submit in those forms.
How We Use Data
We use analytics data to understand which pages and sections are useful to visitors, improve website content, troubleshoot abuse, and measure service interest. Quote request data is used to follow up on customer inquiries. Newsletter emails are used to send relevant updates from Techcraft.
Consent and Local Storage
Analytics tracking starts only after you accept analytics consent. We use browser local storage to remember your consent choice and, if accepted, assign a session identifier that helps group visits during your browsing session. You can clear local storage in your browser to reset this choice.
Sharing and Retention
We do not sell visitor or customer inquiry data. Data is stored in Techcraft's application database and is visible only to authorized administrators. We retain records for operational, security, analytics, and customer follow-up purposes unless deletion is required by law or requested where applicable.
Your Choices
You may decline analytics tracking and still browse the site. You may also contact Techcraft to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you submitted through the website, subject to Tanzanian personal data protection requirements and operational record obligations.
